About

Dr. Joginder Singh is one of India’s most experienced and revered food laws experts. He is regularly advising major corporate houses in the food industry. He has 3 books, 50 research papers, 5 popular articles, and 1 manual to his credit. Before joining inkstone, he was a Professor of Food Science Technology for 7 years. He also served as Joint Commissioner (Ministry of Agriculture) to the Government of India and was Unit Head at the National level dealt development and regulatory issues related with sector. He also worked as General Manager (Technical) with the India’s largest exporter and biggest producer of agricultural processed products for 6 years.
